3 biscuits
2 eggs
1/4 cup ground sausage
6 ounces of yogurt
1/2 cup pinto beans
McChicken sandwich
several bites of homemade chocolate fudge
several cups of coffee with non-dairy creamer and sugar
diet pepsi
I did drink one glass of water today which is a major improvement for me
I don't have the desire to calculate calories or fat. Anybody want to critique this? I've identified an area for improvement: carry healthy snacks in my truck so that I don't have to stop at a fast food joint when I get hungry.

I am trying to get my Weight Watchers back in gear. It is REALLY hard to do. I agree, carrying snacks is the way to go. The Fiber One and Fiber Plus bars are really good and stick with you and help keep me from eating other things I shouldn't.
ReplyDeleteI like those, and there is a nutritional equivalent at wal-mart that cost less than Fiber One. Need to buy some more...add that to Monday's list :-)
