fiber bar
talapia
mixed grilled vegetables

today:
yogurt with fiber cereal and blueberries
chicken strip sandwich from sonic
fiber bar
2 small slices of leftover pizza
6 ounces hot cocoa (homemade)
1 bowl of cereal
